I am very sorry for what has happened in your town. I know that these words won’t heal your people’s pain, but I hope this letter makes you feel somewhat better. The shooting has hurt America a lot. Everyone will miss the lives lost that day, and they will never forget them. It is hard knowing that you can’t bring them back. We can just pray that this never happens again.
